Within our production, we are able to manufacture repeated or serial products from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our products also include assembly and packaging according to agreed specifications.
For transportation, we use our own vehicles with a capacity of 1.5 tons and a loading area of 4x2m. Through our contractual partners, we are able to arrange for any goods transportation.
We are a metal-working company and we have been operating on the market since 1991. In 2003 the company was transformed into a legal entity – SKROMET s.r.o.
Thanks to our technologies, such as laser cutting, squaring, machining, welding and grinding, we can provide comprehensive manufacturing services from design to the final assembly, including surface finishing. We also offer additional services, such as drilling, moulding, riveting or deposition welding of jointing material. We manufacture series and small-series sheet-metal parts, not only from iron, but also from aluminium and stainless steel. For such parts especially we have the advantage of extensive experience with manufacturing and developing atypical and new products.
The standard delivery time is 3 weeks from the order, but each request is handled individually, and we try to meet the customer’s needs as much as possible. The main aspects are the quantity required and the complexity of the product.
Our company mainly specialises in small series production, but we are also able to produce railings or stairs including measurements, design and installation on site. The production process, the price and the final appearance of atypical products are discussed individually with each client, when we try to meet their requirements as much as possible.
Surface treatments, including varnish, are carried out externally by our long-term verified suppliers.
We own two trucks, thanks to which we are able to transport smaller batches within driving distance ourselves. We use external carriers for larger products or larger series at greater distances.
